Initial Client Briefing -  We arrange an initial meeting to discuss your project .  During this meeting we talk about  the property itself, the clients’ likes and dislikes, the functions of the spaces, the “theme “ that would suit the project ,  the textures / colours / surface materials , the lifestyle requirements of the family , the budget for the project , and the  timing of the job . 2. Concept Briefing ( about 14 days later)-  A first set of concept drawings are presented to the clients at this  meeting . The design concepts are discussed in more detail and a budget is formulated for the project.    3. Final Briefing   -  Once the design concepts are agreed upon , the client will have enough information to be able  to make an informed decision about how to proceed.  During this meeting an estimate of supply  and construction  costs is discussed. 4. Project Ready to Proceed  -  If the clients are happy with the final concepts and the costings , the project can  then be scheduled to the working drawings and permits stage .  The construction schedule is also established ( if we  are to undertake the actual construction ) .  5. Supply of special design features only -  If the client chooses to arrange their own construction/ installation of  the Landscape Project , our company is also happy to just supply the specially designed features to the project. 7.
